First review dari Aku dan Bintang;

Lebih kurang pukul 815, orang pun sudah ramai yang datang. Ada lebih kurang 100 orang pencinta seni yang datang gua kira-kira pakai ilmu batin. Ada yang datang bawak family, bawak kawan-kawan dan yang paling penting ramai makwe yang datang secara berkumpulan. Yang datang dengan balak boleh blah. Selepas itu acara menonton filem pendek pun dimulakan. Namun begitu, hujan renyai di sekitar Kuala Lumpur menyebabkan tayangan terpaksa diadakan di ruang tamu rumah pena, bukan di laman rumah seperti yang diuar-uarkan.

Setelah lebih kurang 5 filem ditayangkan, hujan pun berhenti, dan pengunjung pun bertambah ramai sampai ketat dah rumah pena tu. Ada yang sampai panjat tingkap apa cerita?
Tayangan dibawa ke laman rumah pena untuk memastikan keselesaan para penonton.Sepanjang 20 lebih, 23 gua rasa, filem-filem pendek yang ditayangkan, gua dapati setiap filem mempunyai mesej-mesej yang tersendiri untuk disampaikan kepada penonton. Cuma ada satu, dua filem yang gua memang tak faham mesejnya. Contohnya filem Frankie goes to Gua Tempurung by Ayie. Tapi gua rasa beliau kool sebab boleh bawak motor sambil rakam gambar sendiri.

Antara filem-filem pendek yang sedap-sedap menengok ialah Pemburu Buaya Darat oleh Tok Rimau, Bertukar oleh Sinaganaga, Hangus oleh Dean Syam, Bila Punggok Rindukan Bulan? oleh Bennylita dan banyak lagi.Tayangan berakhir pada lebih kurang pukul 1 pagi. Tatkala semua pengunjung beredar, kami sempat memaksa Pipiyapong untuk bergambar dengan kami sebagai buah tangan untuk dibawa pulang ke Melaka.
