Here are the guideline before you make any purchase at our page:

1. All items are subject to First Come First Serve basis. Purchase in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). For foreign buyer; price will be stated in USD for easy conversion.
   
   We use XE.com to convert all currencies and its 99.9% accurate at time.
   
   
2. We are interested with serious buyers in MALAYSIA and any part of the WORLD. Strictly NO back outs / exchanges once confirmed, and non-serious buyer/back-outs will be blacklisted.
   
   
3. All items are one of a kind unless stated otherwise.
   
   
4. Colours may vary due to the screen resolution or lighting for handmade items. We will get the best picture to cater exact color of each items.
   
   
5. We could not cater anymore photo requests, unless for certain cases. Sorry for any inconvenience.
   
   
6. Please make your payment to our account within 48 hours (to avoid back outs).

8. If more than one person is keen to purchase at the same item, this item will go to the highest bidder. Please email your bidding price and we will update bidding status. Bidding will only available within 24-48 hours from date and time posted.
